Coltrane-Webb/Beverly Hills STEM Replacement School
The new Coltrane-Webb/Beverly Hills STEM Replacement School will be built on the current site of Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School, which spans approximately nine acres at 61 Spring Street, NW.
The building will be a multi-story facility, designed to accommodate 756 students, with a maximum area of 115,000 gross square feet. As a Magnet STEM school, this facility will support grades K-5 and will include spaces for exceptional children (EC), art, music, administrative offices, and other support areas.
The school will feature standard vehicle circulation patterns with approximately half a mile of car rider queuing, designated student drop-off areas, parking for staff and visitors, bus drop-off and parking, multi-purpose outdoor spaces, playgrounds, and pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding community.
The construction schedule is slated to begin with demolition in late October, with completion expected in late spring of 2026, allowing the school to open in August 2026.
