Community Engagement Meeting at Concord HS at 5 p.m.
As part of the community engagement process for Cabarrus County Schools’ boundary study, Cooperative Strategies will be facilitating four (4) community engagement meetings at multiple sites across the district in the month of November. Members of the community are invited to attend the community engagement meeting that works best for their schedule. During these meetings, the district's consultant, Cooperative Strategies, will provide information about the process, review data and information relevant to the boundary study, and present potential boundary options.
Following the meetings, parents, community members and other district stakeholders are encouraged to provide input and feedback about the potential boundary options. This feedback will be shared with the Board of Education and a decision regarding realignment is planned for the Board meeting in February 2024.

Board of Education Business meeting: Cooperative Strategies presents recommendation, 6 p.m.
Public Hearing regarding the proposed closure of Beverly Hills Elementary School
The Cabarrus County Board of Education will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 29, 2024 regarding the proposed closing of Beverly Hills Elementary School. The hearing will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and will be held in the Board Room of the Cabarrus County Schools Education Center located at 4401 Old Airport Road, Concord NC 28025. The attached notice has additional information.
